The registration system allows you to:

  • Register yourself for the conference.
  • Pay for your registration (you can return to do this at a later time, but register early to "lock in" the discounted rates).
  • Pay for someone else's registration in one of two ways: purchase a "placeholder" voucher or add someone else's registration to your "shopping cart." (Tell me more.)
  • Easily keep track of your registrations, invoices, and payments using My Idealist. (Tell me more.)

Discounts

  • For every six registrations, you'll automatically receive a free voucher for a seventh! (Free vouchers can be used for a student or year of service member only.)
Please note: In order to receive this group discount, a single person must pay for everyone in the group. (Tell me more.)
  • Special discounted rate for Vanderbilt students: $100/student
  • Special discounted rate for local students (Nashville area): $125/student

Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

  • Payment will not be required when completing online registration. However, we request that payment is complete or in progress before the conference begins.
  • Refunds will be available until February 17th. Any group or individual wishing a refund must put a request for refund in writing (email is fine) by February 17th.
  • After February 17th, no refunds are available. This means that any registered group or individual is fully responsible for the registration fees, even if one or more individuals do not attend the conference.

Methods of Payment

You can pay with one of these three methods:

  • Use your Mastercard, Visa, or American Express and our secure online system.
  • Send us a check. Please make payable to Action Without Borders, and include your conference registration number on the check. Please print out a copy of your invoice and include it with your payment. Send to: Action Without Borders, 360 West 31st Street, Suite 1510, New York, NY 10001.
