Putting People at the Center: The First National Conference for Nonprofit Human Resources June 11-14, 2003 | Wyndham Franklin Plaza, Philadelphia Please join us at the first national conference to focus entirely on Nonprofit Human Resources. This project has been generously supported by a grant from the Carnegie Corporation of New York. The goals This conference has three main goals: Who should attend With a wide variety of breakout sessions, the conference is designed for seasoned full-time HR professionals, as well as for Executive Directors or other staff at smaller nonprofits who must wear the HR hat among many others. How we got here The need for this conference came out of a series of focus groups we did in the summer of 2001 with over one hundred nonprofit HR professionals in seven cities across the country. The program was then developed with the help of our HR Advisory Board, our Philadelphia Host Committee, and two more focus groups in New York. We hope to see you in Philadelphia!
