Based in Philadelphia, PA with offices in Washington, DC and staff in locations around the world, Pew produces fact-based research and develops practical solutions to challenging issues.

We are beginning a search for a senior field associate for the Pew Environment Group to help execute strategic advocacy campaigns. The senior field associate will supervise four to seven full time organizers as well as partner groups and campaign specialists. The position coordinates field operations for one or more specific policy objectives, including developing and supervising implementation of field strategies which include organizing, generating media coverage, and engaging policymakers.

The successful candidate will have a college degree and a minimum of four years of related experience. Candidates must have experience in two or more of the following areas: personnel management, project management, public policy advocacy, organizing, generating media coverage and engaging policymakers. The position will be based in Pew’s 18th Street Washington D.C. office and will report to the Senior Field Officer, Pew Environment Group.
