Description:
Provides business analysis and insight into the selection and implementation of technology solutions. Focus includes requirements analysis, assessment of current data usage, and understanding of business process. The Senior Consultant will work both on their own and in tandem with other consultants to promote the strategic use of technology among the clientele of Community IT Innovators. to help them achieve their goals and mission in a cost effective and efficient manner.
Primary Responsibilities
• Developing strong, trust-centered relationships with clients
• Applying business knowledge towards technology solutions
• Business development
• Managing client relationships
• Contribute to ongoing development of CITI’s consulting practice
• Facilitating client meetings
• Performing requirements analysis
Secondary Responsibilities
• Marketing and Sales
• Project Management
• Customer Service
General Responsibilities
• Check and respond to voicemail and email on a daily basis during the work week, and "snail mail" on no less than a weekly basis
• While not doing billable work, perform personal administrative work, pursue professional
• development, and assist other team members with their tasks
• Participate in other team and company initiatives
• Engage in ongoing and other professional development
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Additional Qualifications:
• 5 years of recent consulting, technology and/or business management experience, preferably with non profits
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Abilities
• Must be willing and able to learn and quickly adapt to evolving technology.
• Strong written, verbal, and inter-personal communication skills
