Although we are a small organization, with our partners, our collective impact reaches many.
JOIN recognizes that the majority of its staff is white-identifying. We strive to deepen our accountability to and representation of historically oppressed and marginalized identities. JOIN strongly encourages People of Color, Indigenous people, disabled people, LGBTQ+ people, and immigrants to apply. You do not need to be Jewish.
