What You Will Do:   

Primary Responsibilities: 

Reporting & Analytics for Continuous Improvement – 50% 

• Create and/or maintain informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand impacts of programmatic or strategic changes and resulting impacts on reports and dashboards 

• Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues or strategic questions 

• Prepare research, reports, summaries, presentations, and other materials that summarize findings for internal and external audiences 

 

Reporting Priorities Management – 25% 

• Manage the queue of reporting requests and prioritize reports, manage completion of requests, and communicate status and timeline to parties in a timely manner 

• Monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, sharing progress reports, and recommending actions 

• Manage Bottom Line’s Data Calendar to ensure key reports and dashboards are built to support Programs and Development needs 

 

Data Governance & Reporting Ecosystem – 20% 

• Participate in data governance committee and manage updates to data dictionaries and documentation 

• Collaborate with Office of Tech & Data colleagues to anticipate reporting implications from new technology products or changes to existing products to support organizational business requirements 

 

Secondary Responsibilities: 

Organizational Support – 5% 

• Support other organizational teams as required, based on resources and workloads 

• Represent the Bottom Line brand in a positive light, and take actions to increase brand awareness throughout the community

Work Schedule: 

9:00 am to 5:00 pm eastern time zone, with additional hours as needed  


Expected Travel: 

10% – Some travel to regions and for team convenings


Who Should Apply:  

If you meet the qualifications below, you should apply.  

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 

• Work authorization required 

• 3-5 years of experience with database management, business intelligence software and data visualization tools 

• Demonstrated ability to use business data to improve programs and quality of outcomes, seek efficiencies, and support Bottom Line in being a data-driven organization 

• Demonstrated analytical skills, including leveraging quantitative data to answer strategic questions 

• Demonstrated ability to clearly and effectively present ideas and complex research insights, using a variety of mediums (including written reports, presentations, data visualizations, and proposals) to audiences with diverse knowledge and areas of expertise 

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Tableau and Salesforce, including creation & maintenance of listviews, reports, and dashboards 

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive 

• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
