Founded in 1997, Bottom Line is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization with a mission to partner with degree-aspiring students of color from under-resourced communities as they get into college, graduate, and go far in life. We achieve this mission by providing one-on-one guidance during the college application process through college graduation and the successful launch of their careers.

Our vision is to dramatically transform urban communities by producing thousands of new career-ready college graduates.

When you join Bottom Line, you will find a rewarding, fast-paced, results-oriented environment. We build strong relationships with our students and with each other.  We take our work seriously, and we know that a focus on data and metrics is integral to our continued success. Experts in our fields, we are driven by our mission and extremely proud of the work we do.

What You Will Do:

This role will play a pivotal role in driving progress in the development of Student Pathways, a strategic initiative aimed at refining our curriculum to best support students in an effective, efficient, student-centered manner. The Student Pathways initiative is a key lever in the organization’s goal to drive programmatic efficiency and impact, setting the foundation for scaling our program to reach more students. Reporting to the Senior Director of Program Design, the Student Pathways Manager will support with codifying curriculum and interventions for students in Bottom Lines’s college Success program, using data from an Early Warning System (EWS) in order to create more standardized and impactful dosage models.  As a highly organized project manager with meticulous attention to detail, you’ll facilitate cross-functional collaboration and alignment among stakeholders, manage feedback cycles, and support teams designing, developing and refining programming.  You’ll map the end-to-end student experience, leverage data analytics to enhance engagement strategies, and integrate feedback to drive programmatic enhancements.
