To promulgate the Faith-Based & Community Initiatives Movement by providing direct consulting services to smaller ethnic/minority churches that are located in strategic areas, i.e., Inner City Urban America. To assist
in their empowerment by giving hands on technical assistance on how to start up Initiatives such as: 1) Homeless Assistance Provision; 2) HIV/AIDS Ministry; 3)Substance Abuse & Mental Health Counseling; 4) Community/Economic Development; 5)Networking with other faith groups and federal public officials (elected and
appointed)
