The mission of Red Path is to bring to life the words written by emerging and established Native American playwrights from the United States and Canada.
As a company, Red Path Theater is a group of men and women committed to bringing these Native written plays to audiences. we want to remove the stereotypical perceptions that have damaged our collective self-esteem for too long. We are passionate in our desire to elevate ourselves and our audiences to a new plateau of understanding by creating performance events that are entertaining, educational and relevant. We believe that until we do that for ourselves, we will never see stories that truely reflect our views. Red Path theater is about writing our own stories, playing our own roles, and presenting them to audiences of all culture. All our stories are culturally and/or area based.
