Mission:
St. Vincent de Paul is the largest private provider of services to the homeless in northern Idaho. Our goal is to help people who are making an effort to help themselves. A little boost can go a long way! Located in Coeur d'Alene, ID, right off of I-90, there is a large transient populus; many migrate through the town on their ways west or east. We try and offer a little help, a friendly face and some provisionals for their journey. We also faciliate a men's and women's shelter, offer transitional family housing, elderly housing, operate a thrift store, provide free meals to the hungry, help out (financially) with school supplies, clothing, rent, utilities and food for families and individuals in crisis.
