The broad mission of Surviving And Moving Forward: The SAMFund for Young Adult Survivors of Cancer is to assist cancer survivors in the United States between the ages of 17 and 35 with their transition into a successful post-treatment life.
To date, The SAMFund has awarded a total of $135,000 in grants and scholarships to survivors across the country who are struggling with post-treatment, "real life" financial needs. It is our goal to enable them to pursue their educational, personal or professional goals, so that they can not only survive, but truly move forward.
