Mission:

HOMELAND FIRST INNOVATIVE SOCIAL EDUCATION PROJECT

Homeland through its relationship with several international non profits organizations, social entrepreneurs and philanthropist is proposing an offshore fund with start-up of several specialized, dedicated and focused Social Entrepreneurship Funds SEF.
SEF has mandate from many international social entrepreneurial clients to manage their assets for non profit cause. The SEF operative strategy is not to reinvent but to create synergic partnership with Educational Institutions offering degree in financial analysis of investment applying similar program like Tulane University.

SEF through Homeland with Tulane University in New Orleans - Louisiana has agreed to initiate a research program. Arrangements have been made with the Administrators of the Tulane Educational Fund (Tulane) through funding from Homeland-SEF to establish and oversee an Internship Program. It will give opportunity to graduate students of Tulane’s A. B. Freeman School of Business in research activities to diagnose intrinsic assets that have social values in public listed companies and their social entrepreneurship potential. This program is built around the existing experience and infrastructure of the Freeman School’s Levy-Rosenblum Institute for Entrepreneurship and the Burkenroad Reports www.burkenroad.org and www.burkenroad.org/william_b.htm under faculty supervision, students will research companies targeted by Social Entrepreneurship Fund and will provide their findings in a written report as story book dreaming social values in a presentation book format for presentation to the social stakeholders and company.

Homeland will meet housing needs in the communities by producing and managing high quality, affordable housing with economic sustainability through induction of mixed-used project attributes.
