Jack Benny Center for the Arts is the home of the
cultural arts division of the Waukegan Park District.
The Waukegan Park District is committed to providing
parks, facilities, and leisure activities to our culturally
diverse population through the resources of com-
munity involvement, dedicated staff and sound man-
agement. JBC is the home of the Waukegan Symphony
Orchestra and Concert Chorus, the Bowen Park
Theatre and Opera Companies, private music and
voice lessons, youth theatre, visual arts, and dance.
The center's mission is to provide fine and cultural
arts programs to our culturally diverse community
through community involvement and resources, a
dedicated staff and through sound management.
