Mission:
The Center for HIV Law and Policy, the first and only national legal resource bank and support center for HIV advocacy, is a critical source of information and strategies for fighting discrimination and harmful policies affecting people with HIV. The Center shares valuable legal and policy tools, brings together advocates and experts from diverse fields, and develops focused initiatives to catalyze action addressing HIV-related needs of the most affected and marginalized communities. The central mission of the Center is to reduce the impact of HIV on marginalized communities by expanding the advocacy power of those who represent them, and improving legal and policy advocacy on their behalf.
