We are a soup kitchen in a suburban setting serving ANYONE in need, including the working poor, the homeless, families, seniors and others on fixed incomes. We serve 2 days per week and offer some basic services (clothing, food pantry referrals, etc.) , and are looking to expand to eventually become a full service community program that provides GED, job searching, health, and advocacy services. Although we are physically based in a church, our leadership consists of a diverse group of individuals who come from a variety of sectors, faiths, and walks of life, and we are hoping to draw volunteers who are as diverse as our leadership.
