Women who run nonprofits...making the world a better place, meeting to share, to rant, to exchange information, to learn and to laugh a bit... We meet once a month in our town for coffee and talk about our programs, our donors, our board -- how to make them better and stronger. We run different kinds of organizations -- arts, youth, technology, environmental. It really does not matter as many of our issues are exactly the same. We rotate facilitation and we occasionally have guest speakers. We laugh and occasionally we cry - running orgs is not always easy. But mostly we just support each other with good, savvy, and sane advice and counsel.
