The Next Generation Leadership Group (NGLG) is made up of young professionals who work and live in the Metropolitan area and have an interest in helping children as well as meeting and networking with other young professionals and the Metropolitan Board of Directors of Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington (BGCGW). Our goal is to cultivate area young professionals to join our existing group of supporters with a new energy and new ideas to creatively generate new funds as well as eventually be the future directors of the Board. Our mission is to serve area youth while promoting BGCGW by supporting a variety of social, networking and community service activities. NGLG is designed to support the Boys & Girls Club movement, create camaraderie among young professionals, and encourage people to become long-term supporters and future leaders of BGCGW.
