Here in Belarus we have a slowly developing civil society with several means of communication through web sites and blogs, several civil initiatives organizing seminars and workshops and also a young people movements doing some street actions. Also human rights defence project are very important.
By creating this group I'd like to include civil society movement in Belarus into The Idealist network.
