The Virginia Garcia Memorial Foundation is the fundraising arm of the Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center. The Center provides high quality, culturally competent health, dental, vision, mental health and pharmacy services to over 30,000 patients each year. The Center has four medical clinics, three dental offices and a mobile van for outreach services in Washington and Yamhill Counties, Oregon.
