The Louisiana Alliance for Arts Education is a non-profit organization whose mission is to secure an ongoing, quality education in the artsvisual art, music, theatre and dancefor all Louisiana students. Founded in 1974, the Alliance is a Member of the Kennedy Center Alliance for Arts Education Network. A leading statewide education organization that brings together advocates for all the arts, the Alliance works closely with the Louisiana Division of the Arts and the State Department of Education to plan and implement services and programs that advance arts education.
