Bright Green's executive search solution is tailored to your organisation's needs. We manage the entire process of advertising for, assessing, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting your ideal candidate. This service is ideal for senior or highly specialised searches.
Contingent Search
We are confident that our pool of candidates comprises individuals who can bring enormous value to your organisation. In a contingent search, you pay a percentage fee of the successful applicant’s first year salary. If no placement is made, you pay nothing. Many of our clients find this a great way to bring excellent people into their search without any financial risk.
Bright Green will provide your organisation with a shortlist of individuals who fit your job needs (we don’t believe in throwing you any old CV), hassle-free logistics, candidates who are well prepared, advice and strategies for sourcing and retaining the best candidates, and a long-term, professional relationship with members of our team.
Contract Work
Many of our candidates work on both short- and long-term contract bases. Whether your organisation needs an interim CEO, general researcher, or a highly skilled technician for a week, a month, or longer, we can find the right talent. We will agree upon an hourly, daily, or weekly fee for the suitable candidate, and work to identify a long-term solution where appropriate.
