The purpose of the group is to create the world's first video library for human development, which will be tested in Lagos, Nigeria in June 08. This could be an amazing achievement! None such video library exists today! People in developing countries cannot afford access to Internet, especially video, because it is super expensive over satellites.

This is a volunteer group dedicated to identifying, formatting, aggregating and distributing video files for our revolutionary video library. Help us to identify the best video and do the hard work of formatting and organizing it!
