Founded more that 40 years ago, CCCS of Los Angeles (also known as ByDesign Financial Solutions) has helped thousands of clients to regain control of their financial lives through our educational and counseling programs. We are a non-profit agency with a strong background and an honest reputation supported by organizations as NFCC, Better Business Bureau and HUD. Our main purpose is to assist people with guidance and low cost counseling for issues related to housing, checking, budgeting, debt management and credit. Every case is individually considered with a sensitive, compassionate and realistic approach. We also provide free financial literacy for at-risk teens in the Los Angeles area.
