Educational Talent Search (ETS) is a direct services program that provides fundamental support to high school students in their pursuit of postsecondary education. Students served by this program are from low-income families and families where neither parents hold a bachelor’s degree. The goal of ETS is to increase the rate at which students enroll in and complete programs of post secondary education. Talent Search is administered through The Chicago Teacher’s Center, the community outreach division of Northeastern Illinois University’s College of Education.
