The Massachusetts Head Start Association, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) organization comprised of the 30 Head Start and Early Head Start agencies in MA that annually provide early education, comprehensive services including linking families to dental homes, and family support services to 15,000 low-income children and their families. The MA Early Childhood Oral Health Consortium is a grant funded collaboration between the MA Head Start Association and the MA dental community to develop a prevention focused, systematic approach to eliminating disparities in oral health status and access to dental care services for Massachusetts Head Start children ages birth to five.
