OFOC is a non-profit 501(c)(3)social/humanitarian organization devoted to serving street orphans regardless of nationality, race, religion, or gender throughout the world. With the goal that every orphan child can proudly say, “This is my family and this is my home,” OFOC is developing its Ethanol+ Project to build an environmentally green, economically self-sustainable, and family-style Community for orphans in Vietnam.
