Mission:
Gender Spectrum is a national education, consulting, and training organization promoting the welfare of transgender and gender variant people of all ages, especially children. Gender Spectrum produces two conferences, Gender Odyssey and Gender Spectrum Family. The family conference is the only conference in the world specifically designed for parents, families, and loved ones of gender variant children.
Gender Spectrum also maintains two of the nation's only support groups for families of gender variant and transgender children in conjunction with Children's Hospital & Research Centers in Oakland, CA and Seattle, WA.
