GPEN is Philadelphia's online resource for all things environmental in the Southeastern PA region. GPEN's mission is to act as the "network of networks" connecting nonprofits, businesses, educational institutions, government agencies and the general public by sharing environmentally-related issues, news, events, and projects taking place in Southeastern PA.
