The mission of the Zephaniah Community Development Corporation is to economically empower low-income adults through small business development and mentoring projects. Our first project is our Texas Pie Kitchen Job Training Program, where we train adults with barriers to employment, equipping them with bakery skills as well as with skills that will help them to obtain and maintain financial self-sufficiency.
