Mission:
CCH/FP is a community-based organization dedicated to rebuilding the lives of homeless men and women living on the streets of Northwest D.C. It is the only facility of its kind in the area. CCH/FP offers various types of transitional housing and permanent housing, providing a continuum of care to residential clients and those still homeless. Most of CCH/FP's clients suffer from mental illness, and we assist them in rebuilding their lives. Services offered include: street outreach, substance abuse and psychiatric counseling, health care, housing, job referrals, case management, advocacy.
