Mission:
*Address concerns of people living with HIV/AIDS, particularly those who contracted HIV/AIDS through HIV-contaminated blood transfusions, blood products, or transplanted tissues
*Promote legislation that will compensate victims of HIV-contaminated blood transfusions, blood products, or transplanted tissues and provide related medical care
*Push for public policy that will provide better protection of America's blood supply and transplant tissues.
*Promote legislation that will hold certain public health officials criminally and civilly responsible for failing to protect public health when such failure(s) lead to severe illness and death and when such failures are shown to be a result of blatant negligence, mismanagement, or profiteering
*Maintain an online library of relative legislative information and make it available to victims of transfusion-acquired HIV/AIDS and their families
