Mission:
Jubilee Association provides residential and supported living services to approximately 100 individuals who have developmental disabilities, such as Down's Syndrome, autism or cognitive disabilities.
Services are provided in Montgomery County, in the Maryland suburbs of Washington DC.
We are a faith-based organization affiliated with the Hyattsville Mennonite Church. Our philosophy and core values are grounded in an abiding belief that the created universe is good, that all people are created in God’s image, and that all people are empowered. We are thus called to this work, motivated not only by human compassion and sympathy, but also by a profound sense that in serving others we honor the Creator.
We are committed to building a strong community that develops the gifts of all our members, those with and without disability. We provide high quality, individualized services using the principles of self-determination. This includes encouraging choice as to where to live, work and worship; whom to live with; and what day-to-day activities to pursue.
Our company culture is casual, supportive and team-oriented. We welcome employees of all faith backgrounds.
