Our Purpose
Uptown Partnership’s purpose is to invest in and manage public parking resources for the benefit of the Uptown Community in collaboration with local neighborhoods and the City of San Diego.
Our Goal
We aspire to balance parking availability, traffic circulation, transit effectiveness, and pedestrian mobility in a way that enhances the vibrancy of the Uptown Community.
