The purpose of this listserv is to connect people in the field of international NGO staff support. It will allow members to discuss best/worst practices, resources, trainings and conferences, and any other issues related to how organizations can provide psychosocial support to their staff.

Members of this listserv include clinicians, human resources professionals, researchers, program directors, field staff, and other professionals who are concerned with how organizations can provide psychosocial support to expat and local staff/volunteers working overseas.
