As an unwed, teenage mother, Jennifer has worked tirelessly to overcome great obstacles in order to provide better opportunities for herself and her five children. Jennifer?s work challenges conventional stereotypes held about individuals that come from similar socioeconomic backgrounds. Her passion is driven by the need to help others plagued by generational cycles of poverty. Jennifer continues to look towards her humble beginnings and has dedicated her career to making a difference in the lives of others. She hopes that by sharing her experience she can empower individuals, families, and communities to realize that they too can overcome, what may seem to be, insurmountable obstacles.
