Hey, my name is Adela...I was once called an Idealist, as in being naive...that is when I found this resource and felt right at home.
I am currently at a point in life where I have an idea of what I want to do but I am not too sure about how to go about it...I believe in a better, more just world and that I wish to be a part of this change. I am leaving Japan in June, and will arrive, after some traveling, in Washington DC, some time in the fall. I am planning to find a job within a women`s human rights organization (or one with similar goals). I am looking for a way to break into the field of Human Rights/Social Justice. I am a little intimidated, but I know that that is the only thing that will make me happy in the long run! If you have an advice please drop me a line! I would love to hear from you!
