social justice and basic human rights and needs are priorities that are compromised by abuse of power and its necessary violence. let's not contribute any longer.
San Francisco is a beautiful place of extreme privilege. While we have our share of palpable inequities on the streets here as far as homelessness, mental health issues, and drug addiction are concerned, the larger dynamics of global injustice, colonial devastation, and war brought on by the material needs of capitalism and disrespectful righteousness of religious fundamentalism remain an unfortunate, inescapable reality.
