Description:

I have been working in the broad area of non-for-profit activities for the past almost ten years, and I get more and more idealistic in doing that. My work includes proposal writing and management of donor-funded projects, fundraising and team management. Also I have gained experience in the field of community development and organizing of citizen advocacy campaigns. My experience includes working as a trainer in planning and organizing advocacy campaigns in more than twenty seminars and workshops since 2003 including trainings for NGOs in South and Eastern Europe. Also it includes being an author, co-author and editor of books, brochures, assessment reports, and manuals in advocacy and public policy.
My work experience is mostly in the field of marginalized groups’ problems and human rights, but for the last few years I have also gained experience in the field of environment protection and sustainable development.
