Description:
I have been involved in the not-for-profit realm for about ten years now. I began as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Benin, West Africa and continued as a VISTA Leader in Anchorage, AK. I then decided to get my MSW in Social Administration focusing in International Social Work from Columbia University in New York City. After my Masters, I was employed as the Director of Marketing and Grantwriting for a consulting firm in New York City that builds and runs public charities. I recently left this position to volunteer working with street children and learn Spanish in Ecuador and Peru. I´m currently working on a move to Portland, OR and will be landing there at the end of May, 2008.
