NP2020 is an initiative to give emerging leaders a voice in the nonprofit sector. The Johnson Center created the initiative in 2007 to bring emerging leaders around the country together to talk about the issues and answers they have for the leadership deficit in the nonprofit sector. NP2020 has now grown to an online network, where emerging leaders can share their voice through blogs and forums, and get connected with other leaders in the nonprofit sector.
