I am a filmmaker/producer/editor and visionary type who believes in making film and video that can inspire and connect people together. The project I have begun over the past 2 years is online at www.wearethe1s.org
It is focused on the island of Jamaica. The next phase of it is to create a pilot “reality” tv show to be shot this winter about a group of people who go to the island to help selected Jamaicans move forward with their projects to help themselves and their community. The first project focused on will be Scram, featured in the book Rasta Heart.
I am Seeking an Action-Oriented Business Manager who can help to bring this innovative humanitarian media project to fruition.
I am looking to team up with someone who can help with the details regarding the groups trip, and in securing funding, sponsorship, and distribution. The present plan is to distribute online and also to bring the pilot to TV such as Discovery channel.
