For the past 20 years I have worked in different environments in , Asia and Africa as a Agribusiness /Rural Development project assistant, Manager, Techno commercial expert, consultant, and currently as a Manager International Marketing of a SME , Private Organization . My academic and working background is Business Management in Agriculture and Food with a strong emphasis on Entrepreneurship ,Rural Livelihood ,Natural resource management etc. I have substantial experience in implementing development projects with agriculture, education, training, community development aspects in different cultural settings. And I gained considerable professional experience in development work. My ability to coordinate workload and cultural differences has helped me to work in different environments and under challenging circumstances with governmental organizations, civil society and the international community. Cultural sensitivity and leadership have developed throughout my work experience and enable me to be a part of multicultural teams as well as to work alone.

As a Indian citizen I have never encountered problems traveling and working abroad. My capabilities to rapidly learn different languages and understand complex local situations have always been a plus throughout my professional career.
Growing up in India, I apprehend the needs and opportunities of developing countries from childhood on. This significantly facilitates my day to day work and underlines the ability to further learn and gain experience. My professional career is bookmarked with experiences in the fields of agricultural-food production and marketing, community development, and with a profound knowledge of processes around rural development which build sustainable livelihoods and reduce poverty significantly. My involvement in projects Vidnyan Ashram, MITCON, Holistic Child Development, Annapoorna, Kasturba Mahila Institure- Aga Khan Palace, has given me the opportunity to engage myself in developmental work. Through experiencing Private, Government, semi-government, multilateral and NGO work environments, I am capable of leading teams and implementing development projects with the highest level of professionalism. My development objective has always been to help others to help themselves by providing advice, consultancy and expertise. Here I strongly believe in synergies, cooperation and contribution of all major players who can make a difference by improving education, health care, employment and income opportunities - especially for the marginalized and poor throughout the world.


My family and I are ready to travel and contribute to a development which safeguards our natural resources and at the same time gives people the opportunity to feed themselves and future generations in a peaceful environment. I offer my expertise and capabilities to those who actively work on development issues and sincerely believe in a substantial change for a better, prosperous and healthy future
