- Meet with clients one on one to provide Medicare assistance and answer questions.
- Assist with completing applications for the Medicare Savings Program
- Assist at tabling events like Health Fairs and Senior Days
- Assemble packets for Medicare 101 classes and other public education.
- Free, online 3-day Medicare Program training
- Certification in State Health Insurance Program Mentorship and support through the certification process
- Occasional group training
