HYU Spiritual Life & Learning Society is in need of your support. We offer a sacred space & safe haven for Study of Self, Ethical Teaching & ceremony online & in person. Through our offerings we are able to assist others with the deep-rooted spiritual and psychology imbalances that occur from war, genocide, dehumanization, poverty & other harms.
Each year we have an annual celebration that focuses on leadership & techniques for self healing. Last year our theme was “Ancestral Healing.” During the celebration, we provided a multicultural ancestral healing workshop with guests from Dogon, Yoruba, Kemetic & Native American communities. We shared techniques, practices & traditional food. Our theme this year is “Reparations: An International Day of Grief & Repair.”
We visualize a completely liberated world through self mastery. One of the steps to self mastery is having space to grieve & let go. This event addresses the need to grieve & to start the journey wholeness.
