Description:

Tabby's Hope is a non-profit organization which promotes children's rights. We work in one of the most impovershed districts of Trujillo, Peru. We help children get enrolled into school and give on going support afterwards. We also work closely with the local community to provide guidance and encouragement through their rebuilding process. Overall, Tabby's Hope is a very positive place for the district of La Florenica de Mora.

As a teaching volunteer at Tabby's Hope, you will have the opportunity to implement ideas to better the organization. You will be teaching or assist with the teaching of one of our various classes, help children with tutorials, and act as a positive role model for our children and the community of La Florenica de Mora.

Contribution: Volunteers are ask to make a contribution of $250 for their first month and $175 for each additional month. With this contribution we provide volunteers with accomodation and lunches. The contribution is also applied directly to our projects.
