DIP's Vision "a society that recognizes the needs and rights of the vulnerable people.
While its purpose of existence (Mission) "is to improve the social economic well being of marginalized persons through economic empowerment, healthy care, human rights awareness and education support" DIP’s Mission & Vision are guided with the Values Prosperity for all.
