The purpose of the Sunrise Optimist Club is to develop Optimism as a philosophy of life. Our motto is "Friend of Youth" and our goal is to aid and encourage the youth of our community. To this end we also work to promote an active interest in good government and civic affairs, to inspire respect for the law; to promote patriotism and international accord, and to advance the ell-being of mankind, the community and the world. The membership of our club represents a cross-section of the business, public, social, and cultural life of the Freehold NJ area.
