Description:

Community Coordinator and Developer - Involves going out into the poorest communities, with local community-leader women, to persuade very poor women to participate in microfinance/microenterprise as well as personal and community improvement projects; organise into groups/communities/cooperatives. Give or organise for others to give lessons in personal discipline/improvement, how to operate a micro enterprise. Prepare them to receive small loans, and to use these to generate income for themselves, their families and their communities.
Location: Quito Cost: +/- $266 pr mo - based on long term stay.
