Descripção:
RECYOUTH (reel education and communication for youth) is operated out of Recreation Centers in New York City. We have positions open for 8 production assistants and/or youth media educators to lead and young people in the creation of short film productions focusing on youth topics throughout the city. This is a tremendous opportunity to serve as film producter to finished projects that may have international distribution. This fall, 4 of our 11 centers have received Adobe Youth Voices Foundation grants and will be running yearlong projects culminating in a final exhibition. In January, we will host our year end screening at a Manhattan theatre venue. Interns have the opportunity to screen finished works they have produced at these screenings.
