Mission:
The Coalition for Juvenile Justice (CJJ) is a national nonprofit association comprising governor-appointed advisory groups on juvenile justice from the U.S. states, territories and the District of Columbia. CJJ is based in Washington, DC, yet has nationwide reach. CJJ is also the host and sponsor of the National Juvenile Justice Network NJJN)--a national network of state-based child advocacy organizations. CJJ's principal mission is to build safe communities one child at a time, by ensuring that all children and families are treated fairly, and are given the resources and support to be positive and productive members of society.
